Connecting to Our Server

After installing RustDesk:

  1. Open RustDesk.
  2. Go to Settings → Network → ID/Relay server.
  3. Go to Unlock Network Settings.
  4. Set ID Server: rustdesk.wrightbennett.co.uk:21115
  5. Set Relay Server: rustdesk.wrightbennett.co.uk:21117
  6. Set the Key: "Please contact our support team to receive the server key and instructions to connect."
  7. Return to the main screen and provide your RustDesk ID and one-time password to our support team.

For unattended access, you can optionally set a password in Settings → Security → Access.
